1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing movemeuae.com or booking services with Move Me UAE, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Move Me UAE provides residential and commercial moving, packing, unpacking, furniture transport, storage, and warehouse relocation services across the United Arab Emirates. Service scope, inclusions, and pricing are defined in the written quote provided before your move date.
3. Quotes & Bookings
- All quotes are free and valid for the period stated on the quote document.
- Final pricing is based on the information you provide. Significant changes to inventory, access conditions, or move date may affect the quoted price.
- A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote and pay any required deposit.
- Quotes are non-binding until formally accepted by both parties.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, and card (where available).
- A deposit (typically 20–25%) may be required to secure your booking.
- Remaining balance is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payment may result in additional charges or withholding of stored items.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about items, property access, and move requirements
- Ensure safe access to both pickup and delivery locations (elevators, parking permits, etc.)
- Declare high-value, fragile, hazardous, or prohibited items before the move
- Be present or appoint an authorised representative during loading and unloading
- Secure personal documents, jewellery, cash, and irreplaceable items separately
6. Prohibited Items
We do not transport illegal items, explosives, flammable materials, perishable goods without prior agreement, or items prohibited under UAE law. We reserve the right to refuse any item that poses a safety or legal risk.
7. Liability & Insurance
Move Me UAE carries appropriate insurance for its operations. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the terms outlined in your service agreement and applicable UAE law. We recommend declaring high-value items and purchasing additional coverage where needed. We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing defects, improper packing by the customer, or force majeure events.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before the scheduled move may receive a full deposit refund.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit or incur a cancellation fee.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated as early as possible.
9. Website Use
Content on movemeuae.com is for general information only. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is complete or current. You may not copy, scrape, or reproduce website content without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UAE law, Move Me UAE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
